We recently had a full Annual Service on our Carrier Air Conditioning System, which was originally installed by ClimateLink, some seven years ago. ClimateLink's Technician, Igor, carried out our Service on the day, and he did a very thorough and exceptional job; and explained everything to us in the process, and to our utmost satisfaction! Igor was also very professional, prompt, on time, polite, well mannered, courteous, honest; and was very clean and tidy with all his work carried out on the day. Greatly appreciated and many thanks to ClimateLink and Igor, for such a great service and experience.
And so, we are ever so pleased, and more than happy with ClimateLink's and Igor’s Service and performance, and consequently and subsequently, this has left a positive impression and also everlasting and wonderful memories for us.

After an excellent installation of our duct system 4 years ago that has worked without any issues whatsoever, we had them do the service yesterday and we are very happy with their professionalism and prompt and friendly service. I had a domestic ducted install that was a little outside the square. It was met with mostly "nope" or ridiculous quotes from others. I did install 14 kw daikin Ducted Aircon, find exllence service from climate link always in loop and informed from inspection to installation. Very experienced and efficient whole team. Definately recommended for all Aircon releted service and installation.

My neighbour recomanded ClimateLing to me, I called ClimateLink to fix my Mitsubishi air-con. Firstly, even though, I called ClimateLink at the end of the day, I have got a very quick response from the first call. Secondly, they came the next day and fixed my air conditioner. Thirdly, the cost of fixing my air conditioner was very cheap. Fourthly, they gave me very good advice. Fifthly, the technician who came to my house and fixed the air conditioner is a very polite and respectful person. I really recommended ClimateLink to other people to give them a call when they need them
This is the second time, I call ClimateLink. Their response was very quick as the first time last year when I called them. They did very good service and cheap. Also, they provide me with valuable advice. The ClimateLink team member Igor who provided the service was ver respectful and professional I'm really happy with the service that I received 😀

Highly recommend ClimateLink to anyone wanting to get air conditioning installed. The process from quote to install was hassel free. Removed our 3 split systems and installed a ducted system for us. Detailed plans were sent through with the quote. Crew were on time on day of install and kept me
informed every step of the way. Was fantastic to do a walk through before they started so I knew what to expect. Cleaned up after themselves and left my home in the same state they found it. All in all was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
